Just to make sure everybody knows how to keep tabs on Montreal Burning Man happenings…
First, there’s the MONTREAL BURNING MAN ANNOUNCE LIST, which is often the first point of contact for Burners in the Montreal area.

We use the Announce List for official announcements only: alerts from the Burning Man Org, news from the world Burner community, and notifications of local Bruleur events such as our monthly meetup nights. Only Science, Kay O. Sweaver, or Burning Man can post to this list — the idea being to keep it nice and tidy so that people can remain informed without a lot of distracting chatter.
Second, there’s THE BRÛLEURS DE MONTRÉAL DISCUSSION LIST:
This is where the all fun (and potentially distracting) chatter happens. The discussion list belongs to everyone in the Montreal Burner community, veterans, virgins and everything in between, on top, and underneath. Feel free to talk about camp plans, rideshares, craft nights, ask for advice, whatever. This is your forum to connect with other burners locally. You can post about non-Burner events and services — DJ parties, say, or cheap crazy clothing stores — so long as it’s of interest to the Montreal Burner community (and not obviously unrelated or commercial spam). So go nuts! Have fun!

LA PRINCIPALE VOIE DE COMMUNICATION EST:
la voie de communication ‘officielle’ pour discuter et faire des annonce est la liste de courriel “Brûleurs de Montréal Burners”. Tout ce qui est vraiment important est annoncé par cette voie, incluant la rencontre mensuel! Si vous n’êtes pas inscrit sur la liste, vous risquez de manquer tout le plaisir, le sexe et l’excitation qui sont les conséquences principales d’être un membre actif de la communauté des bruleurs de Montréal. Tout le monde peut y envoyer des messages tant que le dit message est lié un tant soit peu au centre d’intérêt de la communauté et que ce n’est pas un pourriel! Pour s’inscrire:
